JOB DUTIES: Responsible for planning and coordinating Religious School program, directing Adult Education classes, and overseeing Hebrew engagement programs for Jewish religious organization. Specific duties include: (1) planning, coordinating, and executing the religious school program and curriculum for weekly children’s religious school, including bar and bat mitzvah preparation; (2) planning and coordinating weekly adult education classes targeting working parents, seniors, and other adult demographics; (3) planning and coordinating Hebrew engagement program, including planning and teaching Hebrew classes, studying
Hebrew one-on-one with community members, and coordinating Hebrew engagement throughout all ongoing programs; (4) directing preschool program, including planning and overseeing curriculum and hiring staff.
REQUIREMENTS: Two years of managerial and administrative experience, including specific experience designing and executing educational or training materials; knowledge of Jewish life; ability to teach Jewish prayers.
