Mi Shebeirach Prayer for Healing
Please include the names of those who you would like mentioned by the Torah for healing from illness. Traditionally, when praying for healing we include a person's Hebrew name and their mother's Hebrew name. English names can be used when the Hebrew name isn't available.
Yizkor Memorial Prayer

There is no cost to pray with Chabad. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.

Chabad is committed to strengthening Jewish identity, unity and commitment. However, we cannot do this alone. We count on you for your benevolence, generosity and sensitivity to the needs of the community. Thank you for being our partner!

Chabad of Altamonte Springs depends heavily on High Holiday donations for its annual budget. No person will be turned away due to inability to pay. Every Jew, without exception, is welcome!

Although you may choose to pray at home this year, please consider making your usual High Holiday donation, being a partner in our work during the Holidays and throughout the year.

Please read & accept the following regarding High Holiday Services.

Safety Measures

  • Social distancing of 6 feet must be maintained at all times.
  • Anyone attending must wear a mask covering both one's nose & mouth.
  • Anyone attending must wash & sanitize their hands upon entering the Service.
  • After one uses the bathroom they are required to wipe down the toilet seat and faucet with sanitizing wipes and spray the bathroom with sanitizing spray.
  • All Prayer Books are to remain on one's chair at the conclusion of services so that they can be disinfected.
  • Anyone showing any symptoms of Covid-19 may not attend services. Some examples are:
    • Fever or chills
    • Cough
    • Shortness of breath
    • Loss of taste or smell
    • Muscle or body aches

  • Anyone exposed to someone with symptoms of Covid-19 may not attend services.

Please also note that there will be a few modifications to how the services operate. A few examples are:

  • Not kissing the Torah.
  • One called for an Aliya standing at a distance.
